The project consists of 78 apartments, which are designated for tourist use according to the zoning regulations. The characteristics of this use regime are summarized below:
• The apartment owners must rent them to a single management company, which will pay them a net rental
based on the income generated by renting the houses to third parties.
• The owners can reserve the private use of the house for a maximum of 4 months per year. This private use can be carried out as follows:
• In July and August, the private use can be for a maximum of 2 weeks. The management company must be informed in advance so that it can block the availability in the system.
• If the owner wishes to use the house outside the permitted 4-month period of private use, the conditions of use and the price to be paid must be negotiated with the management company.
FULLY FURNISHED HOUSES: All houses in our new development will be fully furnished and ready to move into, with lighting, furniture, appliances and fully finished bathrooms.
CHOICE OF DIFFERENT TYPES: We offer several types with different orientations. There are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. All 3 bedroom apartments will be corner, which is even more exclusive for clients. We offer houses with south, east and west orientations.
